To reserve Anderson 22, Anderson 207, or Bloedel 292, first check the meeting rooms calendar. You can then reserve by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. Include your name, phone, and title of the event, and the starting and ending time of the event (reservations should also include room setup and cleanup time). You will get a confirmation or a notification of a conflict within 24 hours. Your reservation will be posted on the web calendar.
Anderson 107A and Winkenwerder 103 have self-service reservation -- there are clipboards outside the rooms to sign up for whatever space is available. Anderson 107A signup is on the bulletin board across from the door to the room; Winkenwerder 103 signup is on the ledge just outside the door. For all other building/facilities matters, the email address is email@example.com.
Contact firstname.lastname@example.org for use of the classrooms Anderson 304/306, Winkenwerder 105, and Winkenwerder 107 when they are not in use for classes.
If you need a projector for use in a classroom that does not have a projector, you may use our online form to set up a reservation. SEFS has five projectors available for faculty, staff, or student use.
